This model describes an interspecific predator-prey relationship. The base model of prey's growing is logistic growth model. This model has more reality than normal Lotka-Volterra model based on the exponential growth model.The prey(X)'s population is x, and the predator(Y)'s population is y.

a : The average number of eaten prey per one pedator

b : The average required number of eaten prey per one birth of pedator

c : The average death rate of pedator

h : Saturation speed of predators' eating speed

K_x : Carrying Capacity of Prey

x₀ & y₀ : Initial Population
